Deposits/retainers are non-refundable. IV services require a $50 deposit. Recovery packages require a $250 deposit. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online at your convenience through following the link on the email you received, or please call us at 844 466 3239. Your deposit can be carried over if you reschedule.
